'00 Nissan Maxima V6 Automatic stock w/pipe VS. 91 notch stock w/ 88TC motor and 3" exhaust all the way back 5 spd or auto.

the maxima raced a 95 mustang GT 5 spd and kept within a few car lengths so it has some speed to it.

it all depends on the driver. I would never let a modular engine get beat out by a little v6 unless its supercharged. the maxima's 0-60 is 6.7, the 95 gt's 0-60 is 6.8. they have almost equal hp, but a 4.6L is gonna give a hell alot more torque
if a guy was to race a maxima in a 1/4 mile, and the same guy did the 1/4 with a 4.6l gt. then the nissan might win
the nissans are pretty fast but its a sedan, and the 2004 maxima are rated at i think 230 horse, with a pipe he's lucky if he sees 250+.
front wheel hp is much different the rear wheel hp

ill break it down a little easier:
nissan=
Performance
Acceleration (0-60 mph): 6.7 sec. Braking Distance: 126 ft.
Base Number of Cylinders: 6
Base Engine Size: 3 liters Base Engine Type: V6
Horsepower: 222 hp Max Horsepower: 6400 rpm
Torque: 217 ft-lbs. Max Torque: 4000 rpm
Drive Type: FWD

I thought I would just correct one thing you said. The 95 GT's still came with the 302 5.0L V8. The 281 4.6L V8 wasn't introduced to the Mustang GT until 1996. Just thought I would let you all know.
