Dark- if you plan on running an F1 in the future, that car is going to be barely streetable. We are talking cogdrive and hooooooorrible gas mileage... although, i know you are fully aware of that.
ive only heard of a couple cases of built 4.6 blocks and they were not impressive if i remember correctly specially for all the money spent. Any 400hp+ 4.6 NA motor is going to cost you atleast 10k plus. And the modular 5.0Cammer motor is a perfect example. http://www.seanhylandmotorsport.com/mustang-crate-engines.shtml
--for the price of those engines i could buy another stang...building a 4.6for NA is not plausible imo which is why im purely in favor a forced induction when it comes to those 4v's. Ya darkhorse once he rebuilt the motor a lil while after he got a vortech aftercooler. and running a smaller pulley to make up for the pressure drop witht he cooler but hasn't been retunned since car runs and drives just as good as any stock car but is insanely fast once u start revvin it out. he switched to 3.73s since it doesn't see much track and and would just spin all off 1st and 2nd gear
