How can I find out what gears I'm running?
Im in the process of gathering everything for my TKO swap.. Before I purchase my TKO, I need to find out what gears I have (cant remember if it's 3.25's or 3.55's) I don't know if either would make a difference?

I guess the easiest and most accurate way would be to count the teeth on the ring gear then divide that by the teeth on the pinion gear, for example if your ring has 41 teeth and the pinion has 10 (41 / 10) would equal 4.11 gear ratio.

If the rear is assmbled and in the car, jack it up and put it in neutral. Put a piece of tape at the bottom of one wheel to mark it. Turn the drive shaft and count the number of turns it takes to spin the wheel one revolution. 3 1/2 turns means you have 3.55. Three turns means you have 3.00, etc.
