Idling Too High

Anyone know another way of lowering the idle on a 1987 GT other than the idle screw, or whatever you call it? Right now my car is idling at just over 2000rpms, I tried to lower it with the screw, but it didn't slow down much, plus it caused my pedal to get stuck.

yep. run the codes first, then do a base idle reset.
