I'm stupid...how do you post a picture in a thread!

I know you have to click on the Insert imagine button and then it pops up the URL bar....but what url do i put in? I want to take a picture from my cardomain site or "my pictures" in my computer folders. But i dont understand what i'm suppose to type in there.... thanks

you have to host the image somewhere like photot bucket or image shack.

okay thanks alot. Alright i made a photo bucket account. Now once i upload the pictures i'll have a URL to post now so i can insert pictures finally?
