Installing my tranny cooler Friday, any tips?

I decided to install my transmission cooler this Friday, since I have the day off work. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions to make this go as easy as possible? It seems like it would be easy to do, but you never know. Thanks!

You'll have to supply more info. What cooler? The race B&M doesn't have an install kit. What are you using for lines... rubber or steel?

dont forget to tighten all the lines... lol no in all honesty should be pretty easy

Thanks for the replys. I got a B&M supercooler rated for a 19,000 pound vehicle. It came with brackets, 4 ft. of rubber line, and all brackets/fittings.

I am going to mount it in front of the condenser, bypassing the stock cooler in the radiator. Does this sound like a good plan? It seems pretty easy, I just want to be sure I'm doing it right.

Don't by-pass the rad cooler, put yours after the rad cooler and while your at it, install a remote filter kit.

That actually makes sense. I never thought of that. Anyone else running there tranny cooler that way?
