KOER test?

I have an EEC-IV code scanner I bought a few months back. The directions that came with it make no mention of how to do the KOER test only KOEO test. I have been trying to find a slight bucking I have at idle lately and with KOEO all I get is a code 11 all clear. Just wondering if all of the scanners are capable of the KOER test and if so how do I do it? This is just a cheap scanner I bought a Wal-Mart for $25.00 if that makes a difference.

I don't know if you can do it with your scanner but I know you can do it with a simple jumper wire.
