Leaking intake manifold gaskets

So I bought a cheap 99 mustang V6 and the guy thought it had a blown head gasket so he had purchased a whole head set from rockauto.com, cost him like $500 or something crazy and he got new head bolts also. So I pulled it apart yesterday and found the two intake runners on the lower intake manifold were leaking at the heads. The gaskets were pretty bad and it looks like it had been leaking for some time. He said the car started heating up but he didn't let it get into the red so I think the head gaskets are still good but since I'm in there I'm just pulling the heads and putting new head gaskets on it anyways. I'm also going to put new timing chain cover gasket on it, new valve seals and a new water pump/gasket. I doubt it needs all this but I don't want to get into the motor again so better safe then sorry.
Here's some pictures of what it all looks like when you have leaking intake manifold gaskets.
