Needing to replace my hood and want to go with a custom one. I really like the cervinis concept hood. Where are some other sites to look? Anyone have pictures or comments on the concept hood, or other hoods? Im needing to make a choice soon! :nice: Thanks, Jared

Cervinis cowl induction hood - painted by Cervinis...both top and bottom - I would recommend them.

I founf this hood at mustangdepot.com. I like the retro look of it. Anyone use this company, or have this hood?

Another question I have is regaurding hood pins. One site I looked at said it is highly recomended to use hood pins with a fiberglass hood. Is this true?

TBrad: Are those mirror covers you have, or did you paint the top portion of your mirrors?

cervini 4 inch cowl. Do not recommend a 4 inch for street driving, limited visibility.

I am ordering my hood thru americanmuscle.com. Any of you guys get yours there, if so, how long did it take to get to you?

so which hood did you settle on? Some good looking choices for sure

    Thanks Heavy GT
It's not for everyone and there certainly is a big trade-off when going for dragstrip speed. Car has gone through complete body, motor, drivetrain, fuel rebuilds since last race season. It's not streetable anymore. Now has 2 speed powerglide, turbo is still the 76mm, motor has been rebuilt since going boooom, upgraded heads/cams/intake manifold, custom fuel cell build is starting now. Interior is also gutted for major rewiring.
