I'm going to go with one of the liquid sound deadeners.

Has anyone applied LizardSkin with a roller? Their site mentions nothing about rolling or brushing it on. I don't want to buy their $140 sprayer.

Fat Mat says that it can be applied with a brush.

Any input on which way to go would be appreciated.

    Thanks

What made you decide on a liquid deadener? I dynamatted my entire trunk and doors and there is an amazing difference. I used the extreme.. It also is a heat deflector / shield. So, once I do the floor and roof, it'll hold in the heat / cold much better than stock.

trying going to Lowes and picking up a roll of Peel N Stick. Its a asphalt based roofing paper.Resembles Dynamat and has a foil back and sticky front.Cost about 11 bucks for about 25 SQ FT. Works excellent at a 1/4 of the price.

that stuff smells when it gets hot... it actually smells like your on a roof... If you can deal with that, then it is a much better bargain than dynamat.. .

This particular project will not get carpet, just deadener, paint over the deadener, and rubber floor mats.
