Lurching when car hot, FP fluctuates

This just started happening last summer on a real hot day. When the car is cold, it runs great, steady fuel pressure and no lurching at part throttle.

When you have been driving the car for 15-30 mins, the lurching at part throttle occurs. It coincides with the FP gauge bouncing wildly. At 1/2 throttle or above it steadies out and the FP also flattens out at a normal 40-45 psi.

Does anyone have any ideas?
