Long story short, I removed the rear isolators this morning and when I took my springs out I about puked. I knew they had been torched but it was hard to judge how bad they were (aside from the ride) with them being in the car. The right side spring doesnt sit in its bottom perch btw, kind of ontop of it...:jaw:

First two pics are the drivers side, last one is the passengers side.

Moral of the story, dont torch your damn springs. And for the record, I did not do that, it was a previous owner.

Any good reccomendations for street/strip springs? I want some weight transfer but be able to take corners rather well.

Wow that looks ugly man. I have been going back and forth on what springs that I want and from everything that I have read H&R seem to be the best choice, a little bit more expensive but as they say you get what you pay for.

H&R definatly give a nice drop.

Hell id be happy with some Ford C springs rather than this crap... I have a line on some stockers that im considering for now. Broke as a joke at the moment..

i went with H&R Super sports, best spring choice i have ever made. I have had the prokit and sportlines. These are the best IMO, just make sure you do it right with the C/C plates.

Weight transfer and taking corners rather well dont mix. Pick on of the other.

    I know, that sucks... hah.

Probaly H&R if I can splurge on them, if not maybe Ford C springs with the isolators out in the back.

These things are just wretched though.
