need a suspension answer ASAP

i'm in the middle of installing my control arms, upper & lower. the uppers are on, & now i'm on the lowers.

is there anyway to change the lowers out without loosening the cat-back, or completely unbolting it

You don't have to remove it to get to the front control arm bolt. You will have to unbolt the connections at the H pipe, unhook the bottom hangers, and unbolt the 2 rear bolts holding up the exhaust tips. Let the the whole cat back drop and then rotate the pipes so that the stock mufflers are verticle instead of horizontal. This will give you enough room to get to the two bolts. Not sure if there is any other way but, thats what worked for me.
