I'd have to say your OEM tb and meter are quite adequate
for what you now got
I almost made 300 to the wheels with my OEM tb & meter
with 30's so that might give you an idea of how effective
the 94-95 70mm meter can be
With your current OEM meter and OEM inj's you should not
have any issues with drivability
With an aftermarket meter there is always a chance you
might have an issue or two
A meter caled for 19's is not really the best use of one's time
or money cause you will have to recal later as your mods
cause you to move more air
Not saying the tb & meter won't give you a gain
but
Am saying if any ... Its gonna be very small as your combo now is
I'd be a bit concerned about that 155 pump
as
It most likely won't keep up with the fuel demands if you go h/c/i
