New Headlights

so my g/f is replacing the crappy stock headlights in her 98 stang. we got the corner lights out, the only problem is getting the actual headlights out. if anybody knows or can point to a website that shows me i would be a happy man

I just replaced mine yesterday w/ some Clear dimmond head lights. Theres a clip that you have to pop off, its a little metal peice. Once thats out you have to press on the tabs that are on the screws. you will see where the screws stick through and there will be a black tab at the base of it, find the little indentation and press in on it and it should release the screw and let the head light come out. Its a bit of a PITA but keep working on it and you will get it.

just get a set of long needle nose pliers and it will be a breeze. I just did mine a week or so ago. Do a search on corral.net and a guy posted some pictures and directions.

thanks guys. i have them on ,y car but i had a body shop put them on while they were spraying and installing my bumper
