Wow, That is pretty close

:jaw: An it looks better than I expected. Here is a shot of the car from the side so you can see the rocker strip I want to match. Thanks for taking the time to do this!

Looks much easier to clean than the honeycomb plastic piece. I seem to spend more time on honeycomb than the rest of the car!

+1!
I love the look of the honeycomb tail panel, but it makes me feel like I have a chromed out Harley with the time spent to dry it:(:rlaugh:

Any of you Photochop gurus want to splice those street scene grilles onto my VB stang? I'd like to see how they look prior to ordering.

My new 3D carbon grill arrived today. I had it on the car about a half hour after the UPS guy pulled away. A couple notes on the install:

1) 3D carbon wants you pull off the entire front bumper. This is ridiculous. I found an article on Mustang Monthly that describes a better method. How To Install A Center Foglight Grille - Mustang Monthly Magazine I went as far as jacking the car up and starting to remove the underside hardware when I thought, there has to be a better way.

2) The grill comes with new light bulbs for the old fog light housing. I did not know that prior to the purchase. The old light bulbs will not fit. The new light bulbs are "bright white", meaning, they have a blue filter on them to make them appear less yellow/orange. I am not thrilled with this, and will probably look into modifying the old bulbs to fit back in.

Other than that... I am thrilled. The car looks 100% better IMO. Its hard to tell in photographs, but well worth it.
