Ok I want long tube headers...what type of exhaust would be best for that set up. And whats the differance between all those types of exhaust systems.
If you buy long tubes get ceramic coated headers. Stay away from off road pipes unless you like it very loud. H pipe will give you a nice bottom, low tone, X pipe will give more of a higher pitch raspy tone. JBA has a nice set of LT's and an H pipe with high flow cats. Keep the stock mid pipes as they are already 2-1/2'' mandrel bent stainless. As far as axle back mufflers go I would suggest anything from Corsa, JBA, Magnaflow, Borla, or Bassani. There are others too, but stick with stainless steel. The Magnaflow magnapacks sound nice. I have the regular Magnaflow mufflers which sound nice too.
SLP just came out with LT's and a catted X pipe which is next on my list. Right after I get my 18" Black Bullitt's!!
