No Fuel To Carb Problem!

My 66 289 v-8 sat for like 3 months. Car was running fine, even started the engine several times while it was parked. Earlier today I tried starting the car and nothing. Fuel in the tank, battery fully charged, getting spark on all spark plugs. Just crank and no turnover! Finally I decided to check the fuel line right at the carb fuel filter, put the line in a clear bottle, cranked the engine and no fuel. I replaced the entire fuel system just less than a year ago, from the tank all the way to the fuel line just before the FP. Could it be the FP or the sending unit is bad? The sending unit is pretty much new. It is part of the fuel tank kit I installed.

Any suggestions?? Thanks

Could be a few things .Fuel pump ,the new gas will eat them .
Could be a plugged fuel line ,take the line loose from the fuel pump that comes from the tank ,remove the gas cap and blow air from the fuel pump side into the tank .
Fuel filter may be plugged .
And first of all, and the most important ...Make sure there is gas in the tank:D
