i just did a 3.8 to a 5.0 swap in my 95 mustang, i changed the wiring harness ecu, fan control modual. fully rebuilt motor. I got everything hooked up and it wont crank over. I have fuel pump, interior lights, etc. I didnt change the ccrm and it is making a clicking noise. But it always has a tranny from an 88 that had the neutral safety switch it was wired together to try to bypass it.. i need helppp!!!!!!

SN95's don't use a NSS and the NSS doesn't keep the car from cranking anyhow.

Have you traced the starter interlock circuit? Ensure cranking power goes through the clutch safety switch and to the starter relay in the underhood fusebox. Then ensure the output from the starter relay goes to the solenoid's trigger.
