There is a red hatch GT on ebay right now with black ground effects and black louvers, and it looks terrible. There is also a very nice black T-Top GT with louvers on it and it looks great. I'll try and get links to both.

Daggar they do have plastic louvers...less likely I will injure myself, though you're right I will need a attain permission if skissors will be involved or anything like that.

I'm gunna miss my louvers Poor things didn;t like the drags.. so they cracked and half of it blew off lol.. I was wonderin if there were aftermarket ones... might have to check into that rather then Tint now

Yea...Louvers are sweet! Of COURSE I'm with ya!
Actually - I wasn't 100% sure about them when I bought the car. However they grew on me and now I wouldn't trade them for anything.
Oh - as for sharp edges...they are plastic. They are DMAN safe
