Add a wider washer behind that header bolt, tighten the headers from the center, outwards in stages and use good gaskets, with a little high temp silicone around each port and you won't have any issues.
Where is the broke part? All I'm seeing is the slot cut there by the mfg of the header so you can install a bolt and slide the header onto it to start.

^this. look at your header gasket. See the outer holes that are slotted. That is to hang the gaskets on the outer bolts. If you are that concerned, take some JB weld and fill the void and let it set up.
