One piece rear main conversion

Hello Fox guys. I normally post in the classic section, but I need help from you late(r) model guys. I have a D1AE casting 351W block that I had converted to a one piece rear main seal. It's leaking like a son of a %$^*. I did a search in your forum and I may have caused it myself, but I can't be sure. I put a restrictor in my PCV hose between the valve and the hose to keep it from sucking oil in the intake, and that may have caused too much pressure in the crank case.

The other possibility is that the machine shop didn't bore the hole large enough and it's deforming the seal. I say that because it's impossible to install a new seal without removing the rear main cap. I've found several references on the internet that show installation to be fairly straight forward without having to do anything but tap it in place. Question 1) Can anyone tell me what the diameter of the recess in the block should be? 2) Has anyone had to drop the rear main cap to install the rear seal?

Thanks in advance for your help!
