Progress Thread Pcm Swap, (need Help With Pats)

So I think the PCM (MDE2) on my 2002 Mustang GT went bad (I'll give full details in my other thread "Error P0204 - Gray smoke out the exhaust. (Raw gas smell)"). I ordered a new PCM on ebay and need to swap it out. My question is: Do I need to have my PATs keys flashed to it? If so, can it be done without the car? My car is running but I can't drive it very far. It's spraying gasoline out the exhaust. Is there anyone in the San Tan Valley / Florence Arizona area that can do it?
