Could you guys post up some pics of oil catch cans you have installed, what the brand is, and if the install was relatively easy? Thanks!

Why are so many folks halving to run catch cans on NA cars these days?

I NEVER ran a separator or catch can until after my 3rd or 4th round of cranking up the boost. 8 psi and down, I never needed it. It wasn't until I'd exceeded the crank case vent's ability to cope that I went to a separator.

I guess what I'm saying is, that maybe you have a problem with your motor that needs to be addressed?

I agree you shouldn't have crankcase pressure exceeding the stock PCV. You may have an issue elsewhere.

I'll have to try to find my old post on here from 2003 when I made a thread about the oil catch can I made. Rick 91GT has picture of an elaborate catch can in a thread on here.

Well to be honest, I don't have an issue with the motor (that I am aware of). I am just dressing it up and thought that it may be something that would lengthen the life of my engine. So no, it's not a necessity.

I typically dont put them on NA cars unless it is for the vacuum pump.... This is a Stephs tank, that I welded additional bungs in with lines I fabbed...

It will reduce the longevity of your engine not lengthen it.
