PMS Tuning basics

Hello all,

I have been in the dessert for some time. Now I am back and recently purchased a used PMS tuner for the Stang. I am interested in setting up two tunes. One for N/A and one for the track when I spray Nitrous. I have not ever used one of these tuners. I here the PMS is easy to use, and just looking for some basic info and resources. Where do I start, and what do I avoid? Thanks
