ProMotion question

Anyone have first hand experience with a ProMotion 3650? Throw out bearing is screaming in this cool weather and have been dealing with a difficult 1-2 shift for a while now so going to do everthing at one time and considering one of their standard rebuilds.

Just curious if anyone has any input.
