Quick question about my 5 lug swap

Front w/Cobra PBRs:

cobra PBR calipers (2)

I copied and pasted that off this ( http://mjbobbitt.home.comcast.net/~mjbobbitt/mustang/5lug.html ) website. Is that everything that I will need to switch to five lug? Also, for the parts for the rear it says to use 94-98 cobra rear calipers. Are they the same as the 10th anniversary cobra calipers I plan on using?
