Random misfiring...please help!

My stang is misfiring and sputtering bad when ever it feels like it. I drove it 4 seperate times today and it happened twice. Yesterday It happened only on the way to work then it was fine for the rest of the day. I put new plugs,wires,cap,rotor a week ago and that didnt change anything. Help!

Start the car, turn the lights out in the garage and open the hood. Look for blue sparks (little lightening bolts). Maybe you have a crossfire problem?

Don't run the car in the garage with the door down....funes are dangerous.
