rear end and rim question

I am doing my rearend conversion i'm doing it with ranger axles and 85 mark 7 front rotors,What is the off set and size of rims that i will be able to use im not really fond of the wheels sticking out of the fender wells so i'm tring to chose my parts carefully. Second question is will a rearend out of a 84-86 thunderbird TC work in my stang i know that the gearing in the 87-88 but not sure about 84-86
