I bought this MSD distributor used a couple years ago. I will soon be using it and I pulled the cap to check it and the rotor. They look ok but the reluctor(think that is what it is called) is really rusted. Can this be cleaned up or should it be replaced? If so can I buy one from ford or do I have to use MSd. I only see a billet one on their website.
