I wasn't sure where to post this

I just ordered an autopower street sport roll bar. Its DOM tubing, 1.75 inches. the guy I talked to on the phone said the cover they sold with it went directly over the bar, and if I put padding I would have to secure it with ties or something. that sounds like it would look horrible (which I know drag strip drivers wouldnt care) but it seems just a cover over bare tube wouldnt look good. Like the tubing would look to skinny. Should i order padding then go to an upholstery shop to get a padding cover made or are there kits sold ow what? Thanks to any help and sorry if this wasnt posted in the best place

just take it to a upholstery shop, have them sew up some covers with velcro, easy fix.

The only problem with velcro is it gets hard after being out in the sun for a long period of time.
