I should begin by saying I'm rather new to automotive tech and I just bought my cobra last year from a friend. Took it do the drag strip last year and have made a couple mods since.
I was told that if I put 15" steel rims on the back I will have to grind some of the casting down on the rear brake calipers. Does anyone have some input? I have a friend who can get me free steelys that why I was hoping to go that route. And, any suggestions on tires?
I ran ~14.5 with exhaust, performance chip, headers, 3.7 gear, and short throw.
Over the winter I relocated the battery to the trunk and installed a zex wet nitrous system (75-125). I am putting it on a dino in the next week or so but I won't even try the nitrous until I get tires.
Thanks in advance
