I got a 89' GT with a wrinkled drivers quarter panel. Got a new panel and got a replacement (used) rear fender enxtension, not same color. I cannot find which shade of titanium the ground effects are. The color code is 9L oxford wht, and the lower is 76 I think or something. I can't seem to locate the titanium code in paint books? Am I getting dumber? Is that possible?

I looked at the decoder and it said OxfordWhite = 9L
Titanium Gray Lower = 73
