Which spark plug is best for racing/performance? I know it won't be a huge gain, but i'm looking for all that I can get

Copper, you should be able to get them at any auto parts store.

Autolite, NGK, Motorcraft. you have to specify that you want copper, they will bitch and moan saying you need platnium, but insist its for racing.

Copper has hotter/fatter spark but needs to be changed more often.

Platinum is for people who do not want to ever change them again (60k or so... maybe 100k, whatever)

Motorcraft AWSF-32C for my car, not sure of your car's details...

i change mine out every year. you can get them pretty cheap so if you want you can change them out more often.
