Spec stage 2 clutch problems

My good friend has a 2001 GT with a T45 transmission.
The Spec Stage 2 clutch he had his transmission shop install
15K miles ago has a high-pitched chatter and a squeak noise
at idle and in 1st or 2nd gear and then seems to smooth out
in 3rd gear and past and then stops until idle again.It started
after only 4K miles with this Spec stage 2 clutch.Does anyone
that HAS this clutch know what could possibly be going wrong
with his cluch?
I have also heard in the past that the Spec clutches
had problem/issues.

Did you look at the easy answer of the throw out bearing?

Yea he isn't looking into anything on this site. I have that clutch though and no problems even when dumping it off the limiter on slicks, you just don't use anyother throw out bearing other then factory ford and you won't have any issues
