I have a 96 cobra that is fairly stock with 81K. It has a squeaking noise that happens only when the clutch is all the way out that sounds like a belt or something, but I can't figure out how that would be connected to my clutch. If I press the clutch in even a quarter inch or so the noise goes away. Ideas?

Yeah, defininetly sounds like a T/O bearing. If and when you do replace it buy the heavy duty (Valeo) throw out from D&D performance its 20 bucks and mine is quiet still and I have about 15,000 miles on it. You should also replace your pilot bearing while you have it apart. Replacing the clutch and maybe even replacing the flywheel with a lightweight unit would even be a good idea. Good luck and keep us posted
