stalling at idle

ok I recently installed mac unequal shorties an off road h pipe and flowmaster catback. MY car is stalling frequently at idel. I did not delete the smog system I just disconnected the hose and removed the metal tube that went to the factory cats. I checked my tps voltage output with the key on engine off and it is 1.5 volts, do I have a bad tps? What else should I check. Bad iac? Thanks
