starting problems with computer chip install

I tried to install a Superchips on my 2001 GT. After following the instructions with the chip and info from this site, I removed the computer, cleaned the terminals and replaced it. The engine would crank, but would not turn over. I also noticed that the odometer showed no miles. Thinking it might be the chip, I removed it and reinstalled the computer, but it would still not start. Any suggerstions?

Disconnect your battery for about ten minutes and try again If it starts then it is probably a bad chip. If they accidentally put the wrong program on the chip it will cause this problem.

Disconnect the battery. Reconnect battery then using keychain lock and unlock doors. It should then start right up.
