Starting Woes..

Two days ago when I got out of work, I went to start my car and got this really loud clicking noise. Of course the car didn't start and I did it again and again, with the same result. Finally after about five times it turned over, but it did the same thing yesterday. I really need to know what is going on here, because my commute is about 40 miles one way. There is nothing blinking in the gauge cluster, and the car won't turn over, it simply clicks(very loudly and very quickly). If you guys could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

You should check your battery. It must be replaced.
While you're at it, check your ground connecting to the chassis, they need to be cleaned as well.

Try that, it'll work.:)

Haha, yes it sounds exactly like a machine gun minus the booming. That is the best sound represenation that I could imagine. I will definately have to get this battery checked out. I will also check into the ground to chassis connection. Thanks for looking out guys, I do appreciate it.
