I was interested in purchasing the billetted e-brake cover offered by Steeda to make my plain stock handle look more pleasing to the eye.

Does anyone here have it or "had" it in their ride? Is it good quality and will it hold or is it going to come off in my hand everytime I "yank" the handle up into position?

In fact, how is it held in place? It it something where I unscrew the old handle and screw the billetted one on, or is it a cover held in place by some kind of set screw?

    Thanks

I bought the one from blue oval industries and the quality was excellent, the billet piece slides over the original (very tight fit) and is kept in place with set screws on the bottom. The billet piece is suprisingly thick and strong, the button in fact is solid billet and slips through in a way that is very effective to engage but hard to explain. I think it's a great looking piece and very functional.
