Stock Fuel Pump in 93 ?

Stock Fuel pump in a 93 GT is 90#'s right ?

Reason I'm asking is I put in a 190 in & turned the regulator out a few turns & now it's hesitant & spits & pops, it was all the way down before but when I put on the 190 I figured I should back it out a few turns & now it is running real bad & the farther I got out the worse it gets, should I turn it in any farther, I'm only 2 turns out from being all the way down, does this sound right or like I got another problem ?

Absolutely NO reason to touch the regulator when doing a fuel pump. Put it back to the psi you had it on when you had the car dynoed the other day.

Well I turned it all the way back down "like it was after I got it back from the dyno" and it runs good but still not as good as before I added the pump, I tried in between with no luck I pulled the codes & I got 66,67 & 91 ?
