T-45 in a Fox body

Will a T-45 fit in a 89 Fox body with no problems. Thanks for any help, My T-5 is going out and I have a chance to get a T-45 out of a 94 GT. I need to know if it will work.

for a 5.0? no, and a t-45 is for a 4.6, so if its a 94, its not the stock 5.0 engine
