They're stacked up in the corner of the garage. I'm really not a fan of draglites but they're pretty nice so I thought I'd set them asideAny Progress is Good Progress in my book lol.. Soooooooooo, what did Ya wind up doing with the Rims that came with the Car?
Is this thing running yet? why are the wheels off? What's going on?
You and the poo. What gives. (Haha)Chit is starting to get fun
It's not on the way just yet. But a stock LS1 wasn't going to cut it, so I'm sorting out a better route. Just going to be slow going for a couple monthsYou and the poo. What gives. (Haha)
I thought you had another motor on the way? I missed something or misread it. I just want to see this thing rolling on the ground.
That's a hot topic but pretty common to do. I tend to agree that it CAN bring them out of round and out of spec. Being a cracked rod, most people say you can't hone them but plenty of people say they take .002 out of them and call it good.I thought people tended not to use ARP rod bolts on stock rods? As far as I know, they tend to put enough pressure on the bearing to make it go out of round and then fail. But then again, some people say cucumbers taste better pickled, so who knows. haha.
Nope. Im perfectly fine checking in on you over here.Motor and trans are in the car. Hopefully on the road by the end of the week. Theres a thread on another forum for anyone who might be interested
