i have a 97 gt and just hit 100k. 3rd gear is starting to chatter a little when i shift into it above 3000 rpms, and i cant go into 5th above 1500 rpms without pumping the clutch a few times. and of course, i have to go into 2nd and sometimes roll a little to go into reverse. my question is what would be better: having my t-45 rebuilt or putting a new tranny in? cost wise and reliability wise, what would be better?
