trany chattering

I was wondering what the chatr was in my trany i have a pro50 shifter and have had it for a while, but i notice that there is some like chatering in the trany when its in gear and drving down the road, the trany feels fine, and all but i was just wondering if it was bad?

Are the stops installed? If so, maybe it is adjusted too close to it and making the noise.
