Trouble codes with no solution?

I'm officially out of ideas as to what the 3 codes mean that I've been getting for the past year. I've put more hours into cleaning connections, checking vaccum lines, replacing sensors, than any sane person can handle.

The car ran great last year up until the tranny started to go south & I pulled the engine/trans together to swap in a new clutch/trans. I ended up buying a used trans from a wrecked 2000V6 & had to use the Speed Cal from Dallas Mustang to calibrate my speedo (magnetic pickup instead of gear driven vss). Everything works great.

I now get 3 codes that have been imposible for me to nail & it's literally driving me nuts.

Codes:

173 - O2 voltage signal indicates rich bank #1
176 - O2 voltage signal indicates lean bank #2
411 - cannot control RPM during engine run self-test - low RMP check

Anybody have any suggestions as to what may be the cause of these codes? I've already done the obvious, like O2 sensors, plugs, wires, IAT, vacuum lines....
