Tuneable/chipable Ecu?

Hey I own a 1991 mustang and just have a few questions...I don't know that much about mustangs sadly since I grew up in an import family but I really liked mustangs so I got one...I know that Honda Accords can have their ECU chipped and tuned but I wasn't sure if Mustang ECU's could do the same...Any light on this matter? Thanks

Custom tuning on your foxbody only makes sense to me after some heavy engine modification (heads/cam/intake) and or forced induction. This is something that most dyno shops should be able to handle no problem!

My mustang is already turboed and I'll be doing some more engine work on it later when I have the money
Btw I saw your mustang and it's beautiful! Hope you can get it fixed
