absolutely! yes but you will need to use your v6 bell housing. that's it! its a direct bolt in.

Incorrect.

A 94-98 v6 t5 will bolt directly to your 94-95 gt bellhousing.
no modifications necessary, though the speedometer drive gear may be different and give you the wrong speed reading.

You can remove the tailshaft housing and swap over your old drive gear, or use speedcal to correct your speed reading.
