weird question - pedals

put a small amount of vaseline around the rim of the rubber on the back of the pedal. then seat the bottom of the pedal over the brake. then just mash the thing down with your foot and twist clockwise and counterclockwise. if it doesnt go on, try putting a little vaseline on the top of the brake before you put the pedal cover on. this is what I did and it worked. just dont use too much vaseline or the pedal wont stay on long enough for you to put your foot on it.

<Mega should have asked this very same question before spending an hour working on the clutch / brake covers and cussing up a storm so fierce that sailors would be embarrassed...>

Oh well, you live & learn--eh? LOL
