went to the track yesterday ... is this a OK time?

95 gt with vortech sq2 -t rex fuel pump and MSD boostcontroller. everything else stock. on Radial tires I ran 8,9 sec 1/8 mile... Is that OK?

is that 8.9 or what? what was your time and mph? 8.9 is pretty slow for having a blower on the car, mine ran 9.39 n/a stock.

8,93 I think it was. Had alot of trouble with traction. (manual trans) I don't have the Speed yet it wont have it untill late today or tomorrow ..

thats like a 13.9, granted you'd have more topend to make up for it, but it'd still be in the 13's... for comparison, my 88gt 3.73's/gears/pullies/k&n/shifter ran a 9.0 with a 2.0 60' on stret tires

turns out it was 9,23..... what is wrong..... Had real good shifts but the traction @ the start was not good on radial tires in 8° weather... But why is my time not better? any ideas?

if you spin at the beggining, your 1/8 times will be TERRIBLE!

not much spin but I had to let the clutch go reaaaal slow Just like a motorcycle..... then there was very little spin. Slicks or drag radials not allowed. I know I can get much better time if I could launch it real gooood on drag slicks or slicks but that is just hooooorible time

What is 60' time? Trap speed?

I ran 9.45@76MPH with a 2.0 60' when my car was mostly stock.
